Weekly mum & baby craft clubs are here! Craft With Clare brings affordable weekly craft workshops to different communities across Bristol, designed to bring together mums who enjoy learning new things, like getting creative and love making something unique to take home (all whilst having their little one with them!).

Our mum and baby weekly craft club run in different locations on different days of the week!

MUM & BABY CRAFT CLUBS

Weekly craft club to meet other mums in your area, get creative and chat with like minded people that are going through the same big life change. Finally a class that is more about you. Each week you will be immersed into a new creative project and at the end of the workshop you’ll have something unique to take home with you.

Weekly Craft Clubs

10.30am-12pm every Tuesday at The Crafty Egg in Fishponds

10am-11.30am every Wednesday at Replay Cafe in Montpelier

Pop Up Craft Clubs

11am-12.30pm Monday’s at The Lost and Found in Clifton

1pm or 1.30pm on Thursdays at Skyboat Cafe in Redland

What do we get up to? Here’s a few examples of the different crafts we run:

  • Tie-Dye Babygros and Toddler T-Shirts - learn how to tie-dye! (babygros and t-shirts provided up to 18 months for babygros and 3 years for t-shirts- one is included per person, extras can be purchased for £3 in the session)

  • Origami Decorations- learn how to create beautiful cranes and origami baubles - make as many as you want!

  • Candle Painting - learn how to paint your own candles using acrylic paints and take home something unique and beautiful for your home - 2 candles included

  • Watercolour, Fine Point Pen and Button Art - Create unique family portraits, rainbow flower gardens, jellyfish seascapes or Bristol hot air balloons

  • Pom Pom Garlands - Create a fun and colourful pom pom garland, perfect for sprucing up any area that needs a burst of colour and fun design! 

  • Gelli-Plate Printing - learn how to mono-print and layer colour and textures to make loads of very cool art!

  • Initial Stamping - create beautiful initial art for your little one using colourful paints and a variety of stamps

  • Card Making - create beautiful cards for any occasion using stamps, watercolours, glitter, pom poms, buttons and more!

We welcome babies of all ages (up to 3 years old) but to get the most out of our craft club we recommend it’s best to join with babies under 1 years. We have some drawing or small art crafts available each week for toddlers to get involved with but if they are confident and you are comfortable they can also get involved in the full activity!

During school holidays we welcome bigger kids to our sessions and we will be putting on different kids sessions (watch this space!).

At any times where you have older kids (over 3 years) and really want to attend please just message me!

How to get to the craft clubs?

Wednesday Replay Bristol Board Game Cafe, 196 Cheltenham Road, Bristol BS6 5RB

Getting to the venue - you can travel by bus to Cheltenham Road or by train to Montpelier station and the venue is a short walk from there. If you are driving there is paid parking available on Cheltenham Road, Gloucester Road and Station Road. If you are looking for free parking it’s best to park near St Andrew’s park or on North Road and then walk down (it only takes a few minutes).
